I'm going to stick to my plan and write in my log. It's the ONLY way for me to stay honest about my eating.
Have you thought about your goals?
My Goals are:
1. Log all food & points DAILY.
2. No alcohol Sunday - Thursday (!)
3. Limit of 1 diet soda per day
4. Snack on fruits, veggies, nuts -- no salty snacks!
5. Limit salt/sodium
6. Work out 4 days/week
7. Get 7.5+ hours sleep/night
8. Stay within my points EVERY DAY
Get on the fit and healthy band wagon!
