My goals

My goals:

I just want to stay on the weight watchers plan. It really does work for me. So, my goals are:

1. Stop being lazy and actually track my points everyday.

2. Stay motivated and look for meals that my whole family can enjoy

3. Start gardening ( have you seen my front yard??? It really needs some attention!)

4. Start moving more.

5 take my vitamins daily.

I think that is more than enough for now!

Can I just add how difficult it is to grocery shop for my family now?? I have to make sure I can buy bread that is egg free and now gluten free! Do you know how hard that is, not to mention expensive??? I stood in the isle at new frontiers for 20 minutes reading all the ingredients!! That's just one item!

Ok, I feel better now.

  1. These sound like great goals Nancy! I especially like the "get moving and garden" idea. Now that's what I call exercising with a dual purpose! :-)
