How are ya doing??

Ok so it's Thursday, and I finally got to exercise! I went for a brisk walk with my friend Karen this morning. I will say that it was great! I really needed to get out and do something. I feel much better too! Before I went this morning I was grumpy and antsy and now I feel much more relaxed and have a better sense of well being. Now if I could just regulate my work schedule I would be a happy camper!
