All I can think about this week is sleeping in. I just want to sleep in!!!! I've been tired all week and it finally dawned on me why. I went camping last weekend - barely slept - and now I'm paying for it. Camping for only two nights is not really worth it - it's way too much work for such a short time. No wonder I'm pooped this week. And when I'm tired, I unfortunately turn to food for energy - when really all I need is some sleep! Tried to lay on the couch and close my eyes after work yesterday but that just turned into an exercise in frustration. I might as well have posted a sign in my front yard saying "I'm trying to rest so come one come all!"
Sigh.
Sleep shall come tonight.

Sounds like you have been running ragged all week. Sleep might just be the key! I take a supplement to help me sleep and no it's not vodka! I take melitonin on the nights before I work just to make sure i am able to get a restful sleep. It works like a charm for me. I hope you ate able to get a good night's sleep tonight!
